The Digital Schools Awards Ireland is an industry backed initiative to encourage schools to integrate digital skills across the curriculum.

Building on the aims and processes of the Irish government’s ‘Digital Learning Framework for Post-Primary Schools’, participating schools and teachers are invited to self-assess their developments in digital technology under the two areas of Leadership and Management, and Teaching and Learning.

The Digital Schools Award is recognition to schools and teachers that are committed to identifying and achieving effective practice in making digital technologies part of curriculum.

The programme is free and post primary schools across Ireland can register and find out more about becoming a digital school.

The programme is supported by HP, Microsoft and Intel in Ireland.
